Howards Concrete Construction, Inc. is a Christian owned company and was founded in 1969 by Samuel E. Howard and his wife Jerldean.
Mr. Howard has been working in the concrete business for 44 years and has been building houses since 1981.
The company is fully insured and Mr. Howard is a Registered Builder with the Lincoln Trail Homebuilders Association.

Builder Jim Howard joined Howards Construction in January of 2007. With over 20 years experience in the building industry Jim brings an abundance of experience to Howards Construction.
Jim is a Registered builder member of
the Lincoln Trail Homebuilders Assoc.

Jerldean Howard has been actively involved in the home building business since 1969.
A graduate of Lynnvalle High School in 1960, she obtained her Real Estate License in
1984, Broker License in 2000, has earned her ABR,GRI and E-pro designation, and is the Broker/Owner of Howard Homes Realty...
She has served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Lincoln Trail Homebuilders Association from 2000 thru 2006. She has served as Treasurer for the Heart of Kentucky Association of Realtors for two years and is currently the Treasurer Elect for 2008. She is also currently serving as Treasurer of The Radcliff Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving on the Hardin County Better Business Board. She retired from Civil Service at Ft. Knox in 2000 to pursue a full time career in the building portion of Howard’s Construction.
